Privacy Policy
Hudson Pictures ("Hudson Pictures," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through hudsonpictures.com and the invite-only Hudson Content app, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us when you contact us or request a demo. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, a photograph of your storefront or space, and any message or business material you send. Our hosting, content-delivery, font, and form providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver and secure the site. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics.
During a browser session, we keep limited first-visit context in session storage: the page where the visit began, the referring website’s hostname, and campaign labels included in the link. If you send the contact form, that context is submitted with your message so we can understand which visits lead to inquiries. It is not used to follow you across other websites and is ordinarily cleared when the browser tab or window session ends.
Photos and videos selected inside the website’s AR configurator are processed in your browser for the preview and are not uploaded to Hudson Pictures by that feature.
Hudson Content
Hudson Content is an invite-only business app for Hudson customers. To provide the app, we process your sign-in email, account identifier, customer workspace membership, and the actions you take in the app. Those actions can include content approvals, change requests, notes, brand and content requests, loop changes, and notification preferences.
The app can display private customer media, file names, thumbnails, and related metadata that Hudson or an authorized customer has supplied for that customer’s workspace. Each customer workspace is kept separate. The app does not give customers access to another customer’s workspace or to Hudson’s staff publishing systems.
If you turn on iPhone notifications, we store an Apple device token with your account and customer workspace so we can tell you when Hudson sends a note, completes a request, or confirms an update. Notification alerts use limited status text and direct you back to the authenticated app for private details. Notifications are optional.
Hudson Content has no advertising, behavioral tracking, or public user-generated content. We do not sell app information or use it to build advertising profiles.
How we use your information
We use what you send to respond to you, prepare requested demonstrations or information, evaluate a possible installation, and follow up about Hudson Pictures products and services. If you request a text response, we use your mobile number to reply to that request. We do not sell personal information or share it for behavioral advertising.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your information. We may share it with providers that help us host the site and Hudson Content, deliver site assets and private customer media, authenticate users, receive forms, send email or text messages, deliver Apple notifications, or operate our business, and only for those purposes. These providers currently include Netlify, Google, Apple, Gmail, and Twilio where the related feature is used. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect Hudson Pictures, our customers, or others.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or support a customer relationship, operate Hudson Content, preserve customer approvals and change records, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to those obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us. A signed-in Hudson Content user can start an account deletion request from Account and privacy inside the app. You can also email us at the address below. We will complete a Hudson Content account deletion request within seven calendar days and delete the account and associated personal data unless a record must be kept for a legal obligation, security, dispute, or documented customer approval. We will email you when the request is complete.
California residents have rights under California law, including the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of in that regard.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our site, Hudson Content, and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is marked with the date below.
