Website and offer terms
These terms apply to hudsonpictures.com. Product pages explain the current offer, but they do not replace a final written order, purchase agreement, or rental agreement.
Product information
We work to keep dimensions, specifications, prices, availability, and included services accurate. Dimensions shown in feet and inches are rounded for clarity. Final fit, access, power, delivery, installation, and configuration are confirmed for the customer’s site.
Prices and availability
Published prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Purchase and rental availability may depend on the site, delivery location, inventory, credit approval, and a signed agreement. A submitted form, demo request, or website visit does not reserve inventory or create a purchase or rental agreement.
Rental information
Hudson Complete is a 36-month business rental. Ownership is not automatic. The customer may have return, renewal, upgrade, or fair-market-value purchase options at the end, as stated in the signed agreement. See the Rental Terms Overview.
AR and visualizations
Augmented-reality views, photographs, videos, and room visualizations are planning aids. Scale and appearance can vary by device, camera, room, light, and placement. Hudson confirms physical fit and installation requirements before an order or rental is finalized.
Customer content
You must have the right to provide any photograph, video, logo, music, product image, or other material sent to Hudson Pictures. You retain your rights in customer-provided material. You authorize Hudson to use it only as needed to prepare requested demonstrations, content, installations, and support.
Hudson content and marks
The site’s design, writing, photographs, videos, product visualizations, software, and Hudson Pictures marks may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission, except for ordinary sharing of links to the site.
Third-party services
The site may link to services operated by other companies, including Shopify and social platforms. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use those services.
Changes
We may update the site, offer, and these terms. A signed customer agreement is not changed by a later website update unless the agreement itself permits that change.
